Paid Membership Terms of Service

Welcome to the paid membership services of RPVERSE.NET (the “Platform”). These Paid Membership Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform’s paid features and services. By purchasing or using a paid membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines we publish from time to time (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use a paid membership.
1. Paid Membership and Features
1.1. Description of Service: Paid memberships on the Platform may offer enhanced features, content, and privileges not available to other basic users. These may include, but are not limited to, ad-free browsing, advanced analytics, exclusive content, special badges, increased storage, and access to premium support. The specific features included in each membership tier will be described on the Platform’s website or application at the time of purchase.
1.2. No Guarantee of Specific Features: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove paid membership features at any time, with or without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to the features. Your continued use of the paid membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new features.
1.3. Limited License: Your paid membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the paid features for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your membership or any of its benefits to a third party.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1. Pricing: All prices for paid memberships are in USD and are subject to change at our discretion. We will provide notice of any price changes in advance.
2.2. Subscription Plans: Paid memberships are offered on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, annually). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge you the recurring subscription fee at the then-current rate.
2.3. Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew. You agree that we may automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method on each renewal date.
2.4. Payment Information: You agree to provide us with accurate and complete payment information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date, billing address). You authorize us to store and use this information to process your payments. If your payment information changes or expires, you are responsible for updating it promptly.
2.5. Third-Party Payment Processors: We may use third-party payment processors to handle your payments. Your payment is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. We are not liable for any issues arising from their services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until that time. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations.
3.2. No Refunds: All payments for paid memberships are non-refundable, except as required by law. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the service.
3.3. Exceptions: In the event that we terminate your membership due to a material breach of these Terms or the Agreements, we will not provide a refund.
4. Member Conduct
4.1. Compliance with Agreements: Your use of the paid membership and its features is subject to all provisions of the RPVERSE.NET Terms of Service and other Agreements.
4.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use your paid membership for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, harassment, impersonation, or distributing malware.
4.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Termination
5.1. Termination by You: You may terminate your paid membership by canceling your subscription as described in Section 3.1.
5.2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your paid membership and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any other Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment, fraud, or misuse of the service.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1. “As-Is” Service: The paid membership and its features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6.2. No Warranties: We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the paid membership. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the paid membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the RPVERSE.NET Terms of Service.
7.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the other Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RPVERSE.NET regarding your paid membership.
7.4. Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the paid membership after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
